About

Creative, direct, cheerful, eager to learn, enthusiastic and very curious.
In a conversation I ask a lot of questions, to get to the heart of the matter.
I find people and the brain particularly interesting, hence my past work in the hospitality industry.

I have seen a lot of the world and lived in different countries.
Actually, looking for the sense of accomplishment.
For example, I consulted various therapist, coach and self-help books to find answers to important life questions. At the end of the day it all comes down to the same thing: the answer is within you.
But the question is, HOW do you get there?
By connecting with your subconscious .
In 2017 I came into contact with hypnotherapy.
What I discovered there was what I already unconsciously felt and did. Just without structure. The hypnotherapy courses have made me experience how powerful, wise and intelligent the subconscious is. And most importantly, how to communicate with it and reprogram your subconscious self.
I believe the answers are there.
It gives me great satisfaction when I see that someone is happy again after the sessions and just feels good. I am convinced that everyone is capable of transformation, regardless of your past. You cannot of course change past situations, but your perception can. So the feeling you get.
And that creates beautiful things!
Everyone has all the sources in them, transformation comes from within
With hypnotherapy you don't have to talk about your situation for hours. You go to the origin of your 'problem'. Then it becomes visible and you give it attention. This ensures that you can let go, and there is room for something new.
And the great thing is that you come up with the solution yourself, because who can know better than yourself?
I don't take the word therapy too seriously, people do
It may be called therapy, but actually I could call it receiving freedom. Sounds much nicer…
My way of communicating is easy, clear and pleasant.
Often people have already tried everything when they come to me for hypnotherapy as a last resort.
I understand that, but I also think it's a shame, I think that hypnotherapy should be the beginning.

If you really want to effectively change something fundamental in your life, it's the root you need to tackle. Not the petals of the flower. Once we pull out the 'unhealthy' roots deep in the ground (subconscious mind) and plant new seeds in them, anything is possible.
